中奥会议不印论文集，只印摘要集，要求每个提交摘要的老师对所提交的摘要进行修改扩充，不要超过一页，但要能对全文有个整体说明，看到摘要就能了解全文。另外每个人提供简历一份，一段话即可，不要提供发表的论文清单。以上内容请用英文务必于5月7日前发邮件至dongwk@nwsuaf.edu.cn，不需要修改的老师也请来信说明。
