Vibrio qinghaiensis sp-Q67was used a toxicity indicator strain to study eight common veterinary drugs’action rules and acute toxicity by determining its relative fluorescence ratio under different veterinary drug mass concentrations and its EC50 to the 8veterinary drugs. The result showed that the relative fluorescernce ratio of V. Qinghaiensis is negatively related to antibiotic mass concentration. The lower the antibiotic concentration, the stronger the fluorescence. The order of eight veterinary drug toxicity was: Furazolidone > Levofloxacin > Norfloxacin > Sulfa six SDM sodium > Sarafloxacin > Enrofloxacin > Ciprofloxacin > Sulfamonomethoxine.
