In recent years, due to the impact of the epidemic, consumption upgrading and the emergence of new forms such as the lazy economy, convenient and fast prefabricated dishes have been widely welcomed by the public, and the prefabricated dishes industry has ushered in the industry. Based on this, the research on the status quo and development trend of prefabricated dishes is helpful to grasp the direction of the industry and achieve industrial standardization.
This report systematically analyzes the status quo of the prefabricated dishes industry from the aspects of development process and industry scale, and predicts the development trend of the prefabricated dishes industry. At the same time, it summarizes the development time line of prefabricated dishes in Guangdong, Shandong, Anhui, Shaanxi and other provinces, and points out that the development of prefabricated dishes industry is not only driven by producers and sellers, but also a new model of increasing the value of agricultural products and increasing farmers' income. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the prefabricated dishes industry from the processing, logistics, product and standard end, emphatically expounds the problems existing in the prefabricated dishes industry in Shaanxi province, and puts forward the goals and suggestions for the development of the prefabricated dishes industry in Shaanxi province.
