Research Interests:
He has been committed to the studies and application of oilseed products processing and nutrition theories and technologies. He has made achievements in quality characteristics and functional factors discovery of oil crops, highly efficient preparation, separation and purification of lipid, lipid metabolism and functional product creation, biotransformation and high-value utilization of oilseeds and other fields. He developed green low-temperature lipid preparation technology, microwave conditioning and pressing, physical refining and preparation technology of functional lipid and functional lipid system and invented the key technology of non-edible lipid resources and biodiesel transformation, achieving significant social and economic benefits and effectively enhancing the good-quality and efficient industrial level of China's oil crops.
