Graduated from Jiangnan University with bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees in engineering, postdoctoral at the University of Hong Kong.

Working Experiences:

Served as the Vice President of Food College, the Vice President of Science and Technology Research Institute and the President of Science and Technology Research Institute of Jiangnan University.

Since March 2023, as the Dean of the Food College of Jiangnan University. The vice chairman of the Frozen and refrigerated Food Branch of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology. A member of the Expert Advisory Committee of China Codex Alimentarius

The director of the Key Laboratory of Frozen Conditioned Aquatic Products Processing, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The deputy chairman of the Youth Working Committee of China Society of Food Science and Technology. Associate managing editor of SCI journal Food Science & Nutrition.

Award experience:

Selected as the National Special Talent Support Program. National Outstanding Youth Fund Winners. Won the Special Award of China Youth Science and Technology Award, the "Young Scientist Award" of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), the "Outstanding Youth Award" of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, and the China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award.
